His journey into Monday.com began during his five-year tenure as a Branch Manager and IT Director for a nationwide group of landscaping companies. In that role, he successfully consolidated 90-95% of all operations into one unified Monday.com platform—transforming fragmented processes into a seamless, high-efficiency system that revolutionized how the company functioned. After his tenure, Luke began offering his expertise as a professional service to a diverse range of industries, from film producers and talent agencies to exploration projects and non profits.

With a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Advanced Project Management certification from MIT and extensive Monday.com certifications, Luke specializes in building workspaces that eliminate inefficiency, reduce burnout, and create peak productivity states. Having experienced burnout firsthand, he became deeply invested in Flow Science—studying it through the Flow Research Collective and integrating its principles into both his personal life and professional workspaces.

Luke believes Monday.com is the ultimate tool for flow, thanks to its intuitive design, automation capabilities, and flexibility, making it the perfect platform for high-performance work environments. Through Lukco, his mission is to help businesses operate in flow—reducing friction, optimizing efficiency, and creating work systems where productivity feels effortless.

Beyond Monday.com, Luke has extensive experience across multiple platforms and business tools, making him a highly skilled technology consultant. His deep understanding of technology ecosystems, integrations and automation allows him to help businesses implement the right tech stack to scale efficiently and seamlessly. Outside of technology, Luke is an avid skier, sailor and student of Kriya Yoga.
